Terms and conditions of the ‘Welcome discount’ promotion

I. Preliminary provisions

1. These terms and conditions of the promotion named: ‘Welcome discount’ describe the rules of functioning, conditions, range and complaint procedure of the Promotion, the principles of usage and the rights belonging to persons participating in the promotion and also the responsibilities of the Organizer (hereinafter called ‘Promotion Conditions’).

2. The organizer of the promotion named ‘Welcome discount’ (hereinafter called the ‘Promotion’) is BellaCasa.co, with headquarters in Żary, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, kept by the District Court in Zielona Góra, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS [NCR] number: 0000342009, NIP [Taxpayer ID no.]: 9282047499, REGON [Business ID no.]: 080384998 (hereinafter called: the ‘Organizer’).

3. The Promotion is carried out through usage of the online store - shop.bellacasa.co (hereinafter called: the ‘Online Store’, available at the URL address: https://www.shop.bellacasa.com/.

4. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to persons who are registered in the Online Store and who subscribed to the Online Store Newsletter, confirming their will through following a link sent to an e-mail address of a Customer, which was provided while the Customer was registering. Customers, after meeting the conditions of participation in the Promotion, become Promotion Participants (hereinafter called the ‘Promotion Participant’).

II. Promotion Conditions

1. The subject of the promotion is the possibility to take advantage, by the Promotion Participants, in accordance with the principles set out in the Conditions of the Promotion, of the Promotion, which provides the Promotion Participant a 5% rebate from the initial (regular) gross sales price for the products listed in the current Online Store offer, during the time of the Promotion (hereinafter called the ‘Rebate’).

2. The Promotion is valid until canceled (hereinafter also called the ‘Promotion Time’) subject to point 11 below.

3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

4. In order to participate in the Promotion, a customer needs to register an account in the Online Store and subscribe to our Newsletter, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, through checking the acceptance of the Promotion Terms and Conditions option and Subscribing to the Newsletter option. These activities should be confirmed by clicking the verification links received in two separate e-mail messages, sent to an e-mail address specified in the registration process.

5. A 5% rebate on the order value will be calculated automatically in the Shopping Cart.

6. The Promotion is not combined with any other promotions, rebates, discounts, price adjustments, promotional activities, special prices and product offers, which are valid in the Online Store, unless the conditions of such promotion, discount, rebate, price adjustment, promotional activities, special products or price offers state otherwise.

7. The rebate will be provided in a way so that the regular Price for the Product or Products bought by the Promotion Participant in the Online Store will be reduced by the Rebate value: this is by 5%, reducing the full regular price of a product. The Promotion does not reduce the possible costs of the delivery of Products bought as a part of the Promotion in the Online Store, which is paid in full by a Promotion Participant.

8. In case of simultaneous purchase of several products covered by the Promotion, the rebate is calculated for the combined price of the purchased products covered by the Promotion.

9. The Rebate provided by the Organizer as a part of a promotion is not subjected to cash-out and is not subjected to be converted into any other means of payment; it is also not transferable.

10. The Promotion Participant, by buying products in the Online Store, has a right but not the obligation to take advantage of the Rebate.

11. The Promotion Participant may take advantage of the Rebate on the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion only one time, during the first purchase in the Online Store at any given time.

III. Complaints

1. All complaints related to the Promotion may be reported by the Promotion Participant through the usage of electronic communication, by an e-mail message sent to the address: shop@bellacasa.co or through a traditional letter to the following address of the Organizer: ul. Żagańska 100G, 68-200 Żary (hereinafter called the ‘Complaints’).

2. In order to speed up the processing of a Complaint, we would like to ask you to provide the full name of the Promotion Participant, contact details (e.g. e-mail address or a telephone number), and also a description of the causes justifying the Complaint.

3. The Promotion Participant will be notified within the period of 14 days through electronic or written correspondence about Complaint consideration and the chosen solution.

4. Complaints are processed by the Organizer who mainly applies the provisions of these Conditions of the Promotion.

IV. Final provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are available at the URL address: Terms and conditions of the promotion Welcome discount and are valid since 15.02.2018

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Conditions of the Promotion in case of important reasons, especially:

a. a change of legal regulations governing the conditions, rules and organization of the Promotions that are affecting the mutual rights and obligations of the Organizer and Promotion Participant;
b. a change in the manner of processing the Promotion caused by technical or technological issues;
c. a change in the method of providing services caused exclusively by technical or technological issues (especially an update of the technical requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions);
d. a change of the scope or provided services, to which the provisions of the Terms and Conditions are applied, through implementation of new, modification of, or withdrawing by the Seller, previous functionalities or services governed by the Terms and Conditions.

3. In case of making a change in the Promotion Conditions, the Organizer will share a consolidated text of the Promotion Conditions as a publication on the Online Store website.

4. Change of the Promotion Conditions are valid from the moment of indicating and placing them on the Online Store website.
