Order completion
The products will be shipped within 3 to 30 business days from the moment the order is accepted for execution, depending on the type and availability of the assortment.
The customer can choose the following forms of delivery:
- Courier delivery
- Pickup in person
Deliveries are made in Poland and to countries from the drop-down list made available at the stage of entering the shipping address.
The order will be processed to the shipping address indicated when placing the order.
Deliveries take place on business days, from Monday to Friday.
The cost of delivery is added to the value of the ordered products in accordance with the current price list of the Store. The cost of delivery in Poland and Germany is given at the time of placing the order and calculating the basket. The customer can read them before placing the order.
The cost of delivery to countries other than Poland and Germany is determined individually depending on the location.
Goods outside Poland are sent by courier, only against payment in advance.
If the Customer chooses to pay in the form of a prepayment, the product shipping time is counted from the date the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account.
If the Customer chooses to pay in the form of a prepayment during the purchase, he undertakes to immediately pay the funds to the Seller's bank account. If no payment is made to the Seller's bank account within 2 working days from the date of placing the order in the Store (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays), the order is canceled.
It is assumed that the date of payment is the date of crediting the Seller's bank account.
If you choose the delivery method: Pickup in person, the product can be picked up at the company's headquarters at 68-200 Żary, ul. Żagańska 100G, Poland on: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

The cost of delivery depends on the type of products being shipped.
In the case of an order with delivery to Germany of a larger quantity of goods or products with a different assortment, as well as shipment to another country, please contact our store in advance at shop@bellacasa.co to determine the individual cost of transport.
Lead time
The order processing time begins on the day the payment for the purchases is credited to our bank account, and in the case of cash on delivery, after confirming the order.
The total order fulfillment time in Poland and Germany is:
- furniture - 7 working days + transport 3-4 working days
- chairs (without other furniture) - up to 3 working days + transport 3-4 working days
- care cosmetics - up to 3 business days + transport 1-3 business days (depending on the selected type of delivery).
In exceptional circumstances, the delivery time may be extended, then the shipping date is given on the product page. The above-mentioned shipping time should be added to the shipping date displayed next to the product.
Shipments are delivered by courier companies from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00. The transport time depends on the type of the selected carrier, the type of shipment and the recipient's address.
The order fulfillment time to countries other than Poland and Germany is determined individually and may be extended.
IMPORTANT
The goods are delivered in packages for self-assembly. The assembly is the responsibility of the Buyer.
The delivery service does not include bringing the parcel to the apartment / house.
