1. General Provisions
1.1. The organizer of the loyalty program is BellaCasa.co sp. z o.o., with its registered office in ul. Żagańska 100 G, entered in the register under the number 9282047499.
1.2. The loyalty program is aimed at customers of the BellaCasa.co online store and aims to reward regular customers by awarding points for purchases that can be exchanged for products.
1.3. The loyalty program is valid from 17.09.2024 until further notice.
2. Rules of participation
2.1. Any natural person who is at least 18 years old, has a customer account in the BellaCasa.co online store and has accepted these regulations can become a participant in the program.
2.2. Registration in the loyalty program takes place automatically after making the first purchase on the customer's account.
2.3. Each program participant can have only one loyalty account.
3. Rules for calculating points
3.1. For every PLN 100 spent in the BellaCasa.co online store, the participant receives 1 point.
3.2. Points will be awarded for each order after it has been paid for and the payment has been posted.
3.3. Points are not awarded for delivery costs and products covered by special promotions, unless the terms and conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.
3.4. In the event of a return of goods, the points accrued for the purchase of the returned goods will be deducted from the participant's account.
4. Exchanging points for products
4.1. Points collected in the loyalty program can be exchanged for selected products from the BellaCasa.co offer, available in the "Rewards" tab on the store's website.
4.2. The participant can exchange points for products after collecting the minimum number of points required for a given award.
4.3. The list of products for which points can be exchanged and the number of points required to obtain them may change.
4.4. Products exchanged for points are not subject to return, except when they are defective.
5. Validity of points
5.1. Points collected as part of the loyalty program are valid for 24 months from the date they were accrued. After this period, the points expire and cannot be used.
5.2. The Organizer reserves the right to inform participants about the approaching expiry date of the points.
6. End of the loyalty program
6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to end the loyalty program at any time, after informing participants 30 days in advance.
6.2. After the end of the program, participants will have 60 days to use the collected points, after which unused points will be canceled.
7. Complaints
7.1. Complaints regarding the functioning of the loyalty program can be submitted in writing to the company's registered office or by e-mail to shop@bellacasa.co.
7.2. Complaints will be considered within 14 business days of their receipt.
8. Personal data protection
8.1. Personal data of loyalty program participants will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.
8.2. The participant has the right to view, correct or delete their personal data.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change these regulations. Participants will be informed of any changes by means of messages on the store's website.
9.2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
